Faith in Action to Serve and Transform (FAST)

FAST promotes healthy living and independence by providing interfaith, volunteer based non-medical support and caregiver services to seniors who are 60 years and older, homebound, frail, disabled or afflicted with chronic illnesses in the Greater East St. Louis community. FAST seeks to ease loneliness and isolation.

Assisted Transprtation

Trained volunteers, who undergo criminal background checks, provide one-on-one transportation to seniors 60 years and older. Priority is given to medical transportation but FAST also transports for business, shopping, recreational and other events.

Case Management

Case Managers assist seniors in accessing services and resources that help them maintain independence and healthy living. They also advocate for seniors and provide education.
